# Clipster Help Centre > Clipster is a platform where brands pay creators for the views their short-form videos earn. Brands launch campaigns with a budget and content guidelines. Creators join a campaign, post a video on their own TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X account, and submit the post link to Clipster. Clipster tracks the post's views and pays the creator from the campaign budget according to the campaign's pay terms. Earnings collect in the creator's Clipster balance and can be withdrawn. This document is the Clipster creator help centre, grouped into sections. This file is only a summary of the help centre's sections and article titles.
